Customer support is definitely a major priority for Afrihost. The agents I have dealt with over the course of the past two weeks have been amazing at trying to sort us out. All the ISP's have a similar price, but with Afrihost you always get knowledgeable answers and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. They also have an awesome WhatsApp help line.
