Fantastic customer service. Ordered my Fiber on a Friday afternoon, had Vuma do the installation on the following Monday and received my router on the Tuesday. 3 work days and all sorted and online. Thanks guys.

I am so pleased that my choice was Afrihost, it is the quickest support and far the best. The whatsapp team is excellent, your application is speedy, your reply on emails is quick, direct and good. My experience thus far is that Afrihost seems to have competent client facing people. When you explain a problem they understand, communicate effectively and take active steps to resolve it. I've been able to get assistance without hassles or holding or anything like that. Their portal is very easy to navigate and gets updated regularly to keep you informed. The Afrihost system has its problems, for instance I was billed and received confirmation that my line is active, yet no installation had taken place. They fixed this promptly though. Overall I'm very satisfied with Afrihost and Compared to Vodacom, Afrihost is tops! This is mostly due to their communication and their customer service people being competent and easy to reach.

JHB Water hit the fibre cable in our complex. Within less than an hour of reporting it to Afrihost, they had contacted OpenServe and a technician was on site. Repair was made within three hours of the breakdown on a Friday! Excellent service from both Afrihost and OpenServe. JHB Water... take notes...
